When we take condition photos, we should be able to touch the problem areas of the photo and write a description and also have it tagged so that it shows up whenever that photo is viewed in the future. However, we'd like to be able to hide / show the callouts so that we can also use the photo as a comparison if necessary.
Bonus, this could be done via some kind of camera overlay.

By allowing the user to touch the point on the photo where the damage is and then a notes box pops up that can be typed into. |

It allows us to make easy callouts of where damages occur. You can see this being done when you rent a vehicle for instance. It will make it clearer and easier to document damage. |
