Adding Password Override to the POR One app would allow managers who are away from their desk to receive and approve password override request. This would save time for a manager to quickly get alerted on their mobile device of another user needing a security override.

How could this Idea work or be delivered? (optional)
This would be similar to how we receive a text notification for messages. The manager could see what the override request is and decide to approve and deny right from within the app itself. |

This will save time for both managers and counter employees who are in need of an override of security. A manager wouldnt have to go to a computer to see that their request is needed. |
